| The NORTHERN CALIFORNIA REGIONAL LIABILITY
EXCESS FUND JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY (the "Authority"
or "NCR") was formed for the purposes of providing
the services and other items necessary and appropriate for
the establishment, operation and maintenance of a joint program
for liability and property damage claims against public agencies
whereof, and to provide a forum for discussion, study, development
and implementation of recommendations of mutual interest regarding
other joint programs. |
