In 2008, a Builder’s Risk Extension was added to NCR’s Memorandum of Coverage which provides comprehensive property coverage for new construction, reconstruction, modernization and renovation projects. Its benefits include greater sub limits and broader coverage than what is provided in a standard commercial Builder’s Risk policy.
